When a faster moving planet overtakes and passes a slower moving planet, it forms a conjunction. When this recurs a second time between the same two planets there is evident a first step in a cyclic effect, wherein the econd conjunction has occurred after a certain interval of time and space: recurrence cycles of position and relation.
